It is a completely independent lifting platform designed mainly for aircraft maintenance. Equipped with floodlights, a remote control panel and safety handrails, it provides a safe and spacious working area for daily or emergency maintenance and services. The maintenance vehicle is composed of a truck chassis driven by a manually transmitted diesel engine, a hydraulically driven scissor lifting mechanism, an expandable maintenance platform, two sets of outriggers behind the front and rear axles, and a pair of vertical stabilizers under the front bumper. The outriggers provide stability during the lifting process of the platform. When the platform is extended or retracted, the front stabilizer provides higher stability. The platform and stabilizer controls are implemented with reliable solenoid valves. Except for the retraction and extension of the stabilizer, all functions can be operated from the control panel installed on the platform.
